Artworks is a magnificent space to hold art exhibitions, corporate events for organisations, photography/video location, or private ceremonies. The facility can be leased as a whole or as separate areas. The venue has distinct spaces; driveway, outdoor entrance garden area, downstairs foyer, upstairs open plan area, all with access to kitchens and bathrooms.
Upstairs
The area approximates 200 sqm, has a small outdoor area at the rear, high four metre walls to the roof and expansive 25 metre long sawtooth windows at the top, accompanied by four sets of factory windows. All windows have openings for air and blinds that lock the space in during the summer and winter months. Upstairs has its own separate kitchen area and bathroom including fridge and cooking utensils.
Downstairs
The downstairs area is the street level entry, which encompasses a foyer gallery, studios, kitchen and bathroom facilities and expansive gated driveway and garden area.
